A Little Bit About Me
Aslam alaikum,

I was born and raised in London, and I’m the eldest of five siblings (None of whom are yet married). I take pride in being hardworking and try my best in everything I do. I'm a sensitive and caring person with a warm, engaging personality, and I like to help those around me. I’m looking for someone who appreciates a partner that is both supportive and deeply kind.

I have worked in the hospitality, media and public sector industries. I've also volunteered across the charity and media sector, but my heart lies in entrepreneurship.

I am currently in the early stages of starting my own events business, inshallah, but the journey hasn't been easy. I am particularly passionate about making a positive impact for other disabled people through the work I do.

Family is everything to me, and that circle includes our pet. My sister’s cat has become such a loved member of the family that it’s hard to imagine our home without a little feline charm and cuteness, so being comfortable around our furry companion is a quality I’d like in a partner, as it reflects the kind of compassion I value.

Some of my hobbies and interests are:

Tech: I like to keep up with the latest gadgets. If your phone or laptop acts up, I’m the on-call tech support for the family. :)

Staying Active: I love cycling as well as socialising with friends and family.

Property & Travel: I enjoy watching property renovation shows (dreaming of the perfect home!) and love travelling whenever I can.

Reading: I try my best to keep up and read the Quran daily.

I can cook a few delicious desi dishes. My Butter Chicken in a Makhani sauce always goes down a treat, and if you're into your desserts, I can make a nice Kheer too. :)

I would learn your favourite dish. Or even better, we could experiment and cook together. My friends say that I'm good company to be around, and whoever chooses me as their partner will be lucky to have me. :)

I am very ambitious and always strive to be as independent as possible, though I do have very overprotective parents who look out for me. An athletic, tall partner who can drive would be a wonderful bonus! I stopped learning to drive for a few years now, and I’d love nothing more than for my future husband to be the one to finally help me reach that goal so we can explore the world together.
